Competition Rules

The aim of the competition is to not only increase the talent pool for our U21 NT to select from, but also get more managers involved in creating NT worthy players. At the end of Season 21 prizes of 3 month supporter packs will be handed out to the most improved Guard, Small Forward and Big man. Please note, not best player, most improved. The competition is a test of the managers training skills not how lucky they got in the draft.

To enter the competition:

-nominated player must be drafted no earlier than season 20
-must be an Australian player
-can only be nominated by team that drafts him
-must post original ratings in the position thread you are training for e.g pg, sg, sf, pf, c.
-One player per team.
-any caught cheating will be ineligible from winning the prizes. Keep in mind NT managers can see your players ratings so any exaggeration of player stats will be noticed.

Prizes:

Prizes will be awarded at the end of S21 based on the improvement of a managers selected player. Thanks to a mathematical formula supplied by Hoopster (Ajones) which gives a weighted number to each skill for each of the 5 positions a players improvement can be boiled down to 1 number. The player that gets the highest number for Guards, Small Forwards and Centres wlll each win a 3 month supporter pack.
